Leon (Revilla), known as Kilabot, is an NBI agent who also works as a tattoo artist by day. He retires from his dangerous job after his best pal Kamandag was killed by a mysterious kidnapping syndicate leader. Now a full time tattoo artist, he meets a young student named Sienna (de Rossi) who secretly works as a bar stripper. While the two are falling for each other, the syndicate boss coincidentally sees Sienna and hires her as his personal dancer.
