Coup Poudre is a short film following a modern day hiker who discovers evidence of an earlier traveler. A man who had suffered a crisis of faith before his untimely death. The hiker comes to hear his story through the final correspondence left by the traveler. It explains the events that lead to traveler's loss of faith and eventual demise at the hands of a relentless unknown evil. The traveler's party takes up camp before their next stop at fort Carrington. That night two of the younger men in the party partake of a toxin in a satanic ritual headed by a heathen. The one remaining traveler is forced to question his faith in god. The film centers on human beliefs and one mans broken relationship with god. Written by Josh Overby
