In the first episode, our heroes come out of the forest and find themselves on the beach. Where there is a mysterious lighthouse. Inside they find Bill, a Pokemon researcher, waiting for a very rare Pokemon to make an appearance. Will Team Rocket spoil Bill's long wait? The next chapter deals with Pikachu's evolved form Raichu. When a Pokemon evolves they become stronger than before. The only way Ash can win a Thunder Badge is if Pikachu can defeat Raichu. Can Pikachu win?
