David Samson is a college student studying martial arts under his Sensi Mai Kasagi. When Mai is killed by her husband's boss, Yakuza leader Sho Haramatsu, Taki, Mai's teen-aged daughter and David's friend, is hidden away by her dad Taku. David is entrusted to protect her and must accompany her to Canada to claim her inheritance.
