After Karen left Bill standing at the altar, things finally are like they used to be: Hank and Karen are back together and so are Charlie and Marcy. Because he really hates condoms, Hank agrees to undergo a vasectomy. The operation goes well, but he can't have sex of any kind for the next 48 hours and his John Thomas hurts the rest of the day. Hank and Karen want to move back to New York, much to Rebecca's chagrin. Hank learns Mia published 'her' book after all. At a party, Hank makes an honest, but terrible mistake.
