Rosa, a glamorous woman, is obsessed with exacting a brutal revenge on her only daughter Maria. Maria is a successful model and film star who has recently become engaged to one of her co-stars. After reluctantly accepting Rosa's invitation to spend the weekend with her, the couple soon discover Rosa's true intentions and an emotional and bitter confrontation ensues. While Rosa claims Maria is mentally ill, Maria claims Rosa helped her stepfather molest her when she was a girl back in Italy.
