Mob boss newcomer Mats Cederfalk plots to take control of established mobster Georg Pallin's turf by kidnapping his daughter, Sara. Pallin sends his best man Jacob Dahlberg to get Sara back and keep her safe. After a successful rescue Cederfalk responds by using all of his resources to kill everyone who gets in his way of taking control of the area, and his sloppy plans also attract the police, which constantly lurk close by.
