At the end of the milennium, a psychopath and murderer is chased by the police of a major Latin metropolis. He finds refuge in the house of a woman who has just been abandoned by her lover, an unscrupulous politician. Something starts to develop between these two, who should be antagonistic towards each other. However a bond of violence and abandonment unite them.
