Hung Hai is a young kung fu fighter under the influence of the wise White Master. But peace is disturbed when the evil Kojiro arrives on the scene, politely asking everyone to join his army or die. Kojiro kills White Master and Hung Hai vows revenge. He must join Kojiro's 'Join My-Army Or Die"-tournament.
