Although the baby cannot be found on the ultrasound, there is an intimate bond between mother and child she desperately upholds. When the discovery of a pill used to erase traumatic memories complicates matters, "The Pill" illustrates ala "Desperate Housewives/O'Henry" some things are better left forgotten.
