A dying man (Lewis) journeys to South East Asia to undergo a series of alternative therapies in a final, desperate bid for survival. His hopes are dashed when he arrives at a remote holistic center and realizes it is a sham. It is here he meets a charismatic American, "Quinn" who is recruiting terminally ill foreigners and despondent locals to compete in Russian roulette death matches for large sums of cash.
