The story of the film revolves around Carlos Bonilla, a Salvadoran immigrant determined to make an honest living in Las Vegas. Carlos hopes to get his 'adopted' younger brother out of the gang culture by securing for him a part-time job at a restaurant. But a robbery shows Carlos that he is unable to control his brother's destiny.
