Jimmy Garren (Jason Field) was once a prominent Tae Kwon Do champion who now finds himself widowed and raising his single estranged daughter. While trying to rebuild his life, he is challenged by an old childhood rival, now famous cage fighter Nick "the Nasty" Harper (Chris Torres). When he refuses, his daughter is kidnapped and held captive until the day of the fight.
